Alessia is the lead engineer at XGen. With a passion for decarbonization, she started XGen as an R&D playground for energy enthusiasts looking to work on experimental energy projects. Her background is in power systems, optimization, and telecommunications and she graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Energy Engineering and minors in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

Julian brings a variety of work experiences from the energy industry including energy efficiency, GHG inventories, and solar and battery storage forecasting. He specializes in power systems and data science and has interests in electrification and transportation decarbonization. Julian graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Energy Engineering.
